两个 nobody 对称一摆，把整个国家的天空一句话锁死，简洁得像法律条文。

宣布全面封锁、谁都别想例外时用；很硬，日常商量别这么讲。

Nobody comes in 连读，and nobody 稍停，takes off 收尾干脆。

Nobody comes in, and nobody leaves until the police arrive. 警察来之前，谁也不许进，谁也不许走。

把 shut down 和 at war 摆在一起，宣布的不再是措施，而是一个时代的开端。
