hard hearted。它形容无情、铁石心肠。奥丽维娅嘴上说自己 I will not be so hard hearted，其实是反着说。
意思是「酬谢你的辛苦费心」。pains 这里指「辛苦、费心」，I thank you for your pains 就是「谢谢你这趟辛苦」，给赏钱时也常用。
很平静、很坚决，意思是「我没法爱他」。奥丽维娅反复说这句，既明确拒绝，又保持体面，不含攻击性。
