用最严肃的口气说出最荒唐的自我吹嘘，笑点全在落差。它也是一句好用的夸张句式：只要把 lethal weapons 换成别的名词，就能花式自夸。

夸张地自夸某项本事时用，适合朋友间玩笑；对陌生人或面试场合说会显得离谱。
These hands are dangerous weapons. ／ My hands count as deadly weapons.
口语
hands are 连读，lethal weapons 两词重读。
Careful with that pan; my cooking is a lethal weapon. 小心那口锅，我做的菜可是致命武器。

就是「说正题、别绕弯子」。别人铺垫太久、迟迟不讲重点，你可以直接说一句 For heaven's sake, come to the point，既不耐烦又不算失礼。
with the greatest respect。这个说法表面客气，实际是先礼后兵，后面往往跟着一句反驳或不同意见；比如 With the greatest respect, I heard every word you said.
它更接近「招惹、跟某人过不去」。「别跟我动手」就可以说 Don't tangle with me. 语气偏强硬，常用来放狠话。
没有。它是个表示不信的口语叹词，相当于「才怪、胡扯」。别人说了你不信的话，直接一句 My foot! 比 say something is untrue 更自然。
There's no need to tell me. 别人提醒你早就知道的事，可以用这句顶回去。剧情里有人从沙发上摔下来，一边说 I know I fell off the sofa，一边补一句 There's no need to tell me。
因为玛丽亚头上那一下来自壁橱门的球形把手，说明当时有人藏在壁橱里；而壁橱里的指纹，正好指向房间里被问话的房主。
