用 get away with it。戏里内夫警告菲莉丝 Look, baby, you can't get away with it，就是「这事你瞒不过去的」。做了坏事怕被抓，这个词组最常用。
形容难打交道、难相处的人。戏里太太说丈夫 he's pretty tough-going，意思是「他那个人挺难打交道」。想说某人不好接近、不好说服，都能用。
就是「靠自己的力量、自己完成」。菲莉丝说天车 sometimes it can't quite make it on its own，意思是它自己办不到，得有人 a little help（搭把手）——话里有话。
