Leopold's visit is a one-man audit: too thin, no maid, no pupils, debts. "Composition doesn't pay. You know that." Mozart parries with jokes and then with a secret score he refuses to show his father, turning the reunion into a test of who still controls whom.

Mozart Celebrates the Pregnancy
Leopold Mozart arrives in Vienna to see his son and immediately criticizes everything: Mozart looks thin, keeps no maid, has no pupils, and supposedly has debts. Mozart deflects with jokes and a secret new composition he won't show him. Then Constanze returns, Mozart announces she is pregnant, and the family rushes off to celebrate.
Under the small talk, this is a power struggle. Leopold built his son's career and still expects to run it; every question about money, pupils, and housekeeping is an audit. Mozart answers with defensiveness, then with a threat of his own: "It's a secret." His refusal to show the new score is the first time he denies his father access to the work itself. The pregnancy announcement lets Mozart change the subject and reassert control by playing the happy host, and the line "How can you be so boring? Tea!" shows who is now setting the tone of the household.

“No! Please! I don't want you to see it. I don't want anyone to see it.”
Repeating it with anyone shows a childlike, almost superstitious secrecy.

“- Yes,I am. - Isn't it marvelous? We're delighted.”
Three short turns push the household joy to its peak.

“How can you be so boring? Tea!”
Tea becomes a symbol of dullness, setting fun against propriety in one line.

Do you have pupils? I don't want pupils! They get in the way. I have to have time for composition.

He calls it a secret and says he doesn't want anyone to see it. After a lifetime of his father managing his work, keeping this one piece private is a way of holding the line.
It's a joke about being overfed. Mozart is saying his wife feeds him constantly, so his thin appearance is not her doing.
Leopold says people claim he is. Mozart calls it a malicious lie, but the scene leaves the audience to judge how much he protests because it is true.
Constanze's pregnancy gives Mozart good news of his own, and going out to celebrate lets him end the reunion on his terms instead of his father's.
