可以说 nothing but trouble，nothing but 就是「除了……没别的」。说某人 He's nothing but trouble，意思是他的出现只会惹事、添乱，语气很重。
不是。temper 指的是脾气，lose one's temper 就是「脾气上来、发火」，等于「没忍住火」。这里宝拉说自己 lost my temper，是把打人说成一时冲动。
表面是夸「真是乖孩子」，可在一个孩子刚挨过打、被逼着认错之后说，就带上了反讽和控制的意味，像在提醒对方：听话才有好脸色。
