What happens
Wyldstyle pulls Emmet onto her motorcycle and speeds through Lego City to escape capture. As they ride, she reveals that the Piece he found means he is the Special One of the prophecy, the most extraordinary person in the universe. Emmet is baffled, and she introduces herself as Wyldstyle.
What's really going on
The rescue runs on a misunderstanding that Emmet never corrects. "You're The Special" is the line that starts it: because he touched the Piece, a stranger has already made him the center of a prophecy. He goes along with it — "Uh, yes. That's me" — mostly because someone in a fast vehicle is telling him the most important thing about himself. The chase is comic, but the setup is the film's whole argument: a nobody can be told he is a hero and slowly start acting like one.
