Dom convinces Yas to stop worrying about the last train and just see what happens. At the pub, the costume designer calls to move her interview back half an hour; Yas says it does not work for her and asks to reschedule, and is told they wanted to decide today.
Just Go Where the Breeze Takes You
Yas Misses the Costume Interview
Dom and Yas decide to get another drink. Yas worries about missing the last train, but Dom tells her to stop planning and go where the breeze takes you. At the pub she takes a call from the costume designer, who wants to move her interview back half an hour. Yas asks to reschedule, but they wanted to decide that day, so she loses the chance.
The scene is about the cost of being spontaneous, and it turns on a phone call. Dom spends the first half selling Yas a philosophy — "I'ma see what happens," "balls to the wall," "just go where the breeze takes you" — and the film lets her take him at his word. The call from the costume designer offers a small, reasonable adjustment: shift the interview back half an hour. Yas, caught up in the day, says it "doesn't work for me" and asks to reschedule. The woman on the phone answers that they were hoping to decide today, and the opportunity is gone. It is a tiny moment with a large cost, and it is the film's way of showing that Yas's free-spirited charm has a price. The rest of the scene, the Tinder jokes and Valentine's cards, keeps the mood light while the mistake sits there.

Partly. She could have taken the half-hour shift, but she is enjoying the day with Dom and does not want to break the mood, so she asks to change the time instead.
He has just come out of a long break-up and is learning to let go. His advice to see what happens is what he is telling himself as much as her.
They have spent the day together and traded intimate stories. By this point Yas has met his ex, and Dom is asking about her break-up in return.
It is rude slang for going all in and holding nothing back. Dom uses it to describe throwing out the plans and doing something completely.
