What happens
The group gets outside only to run into Danny McBride and a gang of survivors. What's really going on
The chapter makes the apocalypse a monster-movie gag: the threat isn't demons exactly, it's Danny McBride being delighted to see old friends. He kills the relief of the reunion with one line — 'It's been a long time since any of us have eaten... and you three gentlemen look delicious' — then clarifies that he's a cannibal and there's nothing to discuss: 'I'd love to catch up, but we're fucking starving, so let's eat.'
