Capítulo 7 de 14 · 6'47"
Scarlet shows the Minions her lair, introduces her husband Herb, and hands out inventions before naming the real job: stealing the Queen's crown. "Steal me the crown and all your dreams come true," she promises, then turns the bedtime story of the three little pigs into a threat about what happens to those who fail her.
❝ Monólogo · 15 frases Scarlet Tells the Three Little Pigs
Scarlet welcomes the Minions into her secret lair, introduces her husband Herb and outfits each of them with an invention: a stretch suit, a lava lamp gun and a hypno-hat. Then she gets down to business and tells them what she really wants — the Queen of England's crown — and ends with a bedtime story that is really a warning.
The scene is where the film's villain finally explains her motive, and it is deliberately childish. Scarlet does not want power or money in the abstract; she wants a crown because it would make her a princess, and the narration says as much: "But that crown would mean she was a princess, and everybody loves a princess!" Her whole speech is built like a fairy tale because her ambition is a fairy tale, and the bedtime story turns it into a threat, since the pigs who fail are blown off the earth. The comedy comes from the mismatch between how cute she sounds and what she is actually promising to do, and the Minions, who understand none of it, simply cheer.

Once upon a time, there were three little pigs. One fateful day, the pigs encountered a big, bad wolf... ...who had a wonderful surprise for them! The wolf offered the three piggies and all their friends a job working for her. (CHEERING) Everyone would be so happy! All the three little piggies had to do was just steal one little crown that the beautiful wolf had wanted ever since she was a penniless little street cub, unloved and abandoned. But that crown would mean she was a princess, and everybody loves a princess! So the wolf sent the piggies to get that crown. But the little pigs weren't up to the challenge. They failed their mission. So the wolf huffed and puffed, and she blew them off the face of the earth! Yo, po, po! The end.

It's a threat, not a bedtime story. The pigs stand for the Minions, the wolf is Scarlet, and the ending shows exactly what happens to anyone who fails to bring back the crown.
It means to stop chatting and start on the real matter. Scarlet says it after introducing Herb and handing out the inventions, when she finally gets around to explaining the mission.
Bob gets a stretch suit, Kevin is given a lava lamp gun that shoots real lava, and Stuart receives a hypno-hat that can hypnotize anyone. Each gift is part of the deal for stealing the crown.
Herb is Scarlet's husband. She introduces him as an inventor, a super genius and a fox, and he is the one who suits the Minions up with their new gadgets.
