Capítulo 10 de 12 · 4'04"
Sherlock comes to see his sister, and the visit is warmer than either of them admits. He says he is there "because I care for you," but Enola hears the old doubt underneath: "I'm just a case to you, aren't I." The scene is a family reunion played as a mystery — both of them trying to read the other.
Sherlock Asks Why Enola Came
Sherlock comes calling on Enola, and though he jokes that she is trying to "pick my brains," the real subject is the two of them. He insists he is there because he cares for her, while she suspects that to him she is "just a case." He offers a piece of his philosophy — nothing is wasted — and leaves the decision in her hands.
The scene is built on the tension between Sherlock's cool logic and the family feeling he rarely shows. Enola has grown used to being treated as a problem to be solved, so when he arrives she cannot simply take his concern at face value: "I m just a case to you aren t I". He answers with the nearest thing to tenderness he can manage: "I m here because I care for you". Around that exchange sit his principles. He admits he does not get involved in politics, yet insists that nothing is wasted, that even a wrong turn adds to the picture. By the end the power is handed back to her — "The choice is always yours" — which is the film's way of letting the younger sibling take the lead.

It means to get ideas or information out of someone by asking them questions. Sherlock jokes that Enola may have come to pick his brains.
Sherlock has always treated mysteries as puzzles to solve, and she fears that to him she is another puzzle rather than a sister he loves. Her accusation is a plea for real affection.
He respects her independence and refuses to make her choice for her. Saying the choice is always yours hands the power back and closes the visit on a generous note.
