Capítulo 10 de 22 · 2'11"
Stuck in a hotel room, Beavis and Butt-Head can't open the door because the smart lock needs setting up. Butt-Head learns Serena is at their house and insists they go home to "score." Meanwhile the NSA records their voices and the Governor orders a roadblock on every road out of town.
The Boys Want to Go Home and Score
The Governor Orders a Roadblock
Beavis and Butt-Head are stuck in a room, unable to unlock the door because the smart-home app was never set up. Butt-Head finds out Serena is at their house and wants to rush home to score. The NSA, which has a recording of the boys' voices, decides they are not human. The Governor then orders a roadblock on every road out of town.
The scene keeps two plots running side by side and lets the comedy come from how badly they fit. The boys' plot is pure appetite: they can't open a smart lock, and the only thing on their minds is getting home to score. The adult plot is surveillance and spin — the NSA has their voices on tape, decides they aren't human, and the Governor turns them into a terrorism pretext for a roadblock. Neither side understands the other. The boys don't even register that a manhunt is closing in; the officials, meanwhile, misread two idiots as alien invaders. The scene's best gag is also its silliest: the boys' 'alien speech' is just them laughing at a name — 'You have wood, son.' The stakes keep rising while the boys stay exactly as clueless as they started.
